All first-time migrant domestic workers are required to attend interviews by the Centre for Domestic Employees – CDE. At these interviews, migrant domestic workers can raise their concerns, and seek employment advice in their native languages.
Such interviews help employers and migrant domestic workers build harmonious and supportive relationships with one another.
If you employ a migrant domestic worker that has been selected for the interview, please ensure that she attends it.
